The same data that is written in a file by write_metrology_modelwrite_metrology_modelWriteMetrologyModelwrite_metrology_modelWriteMetrologyModelWriteMetrologyModel is converted to a serialized item. The metrology model is defined by the handle MetrologyHandleMetrologyHandleMetrologyHandleMetrologyHandleMetrologyHandlemetrologyHandle. The serialized metrology model is returned by the handle SerializedItemHandleSerializedItemHandleSerializedItemHandleSerializedItemHandleSerializedItemHandleserializedItemHandle and can be deserialized by deserialize_metrology_modeldeserialize_metrology_modelDeserializeMetrologyModeldeserialize_metrology_modelDeserializeMetrologyModelDeserializeMetrologyModel.
