Free the memory of all variation models.
clear_all_variation_models frees the memory of all variation models that were created by calling create_variation_model. After calling clear_all_variation_models, no model can be used any longer.
clear_all_variation_models always returns 2 (H_MSG_TRUE).
clear_all_variation_models is processed completely exclusively without parallelization.
