可以基于从不同视点获取的两个或更多图像来确定物体表面上可见点的 3D 坐标。这是通过计算已标定的相机组合的视差图来完成的。


这项技术尤其适用于三维重建,也就是确定任意物体的 3D 形状。同时,这项技术对于中型和大型纹理物体特别有用。使用此技术可对 3D 物体进行质量检查,或对 3D 物体进行位置识别。此外,立体视觉还可以作为 3D 匹配的预处理步骤。


我们的软件通过计算物体表面上的 3D 坐标来支持立体视觉。对于静止物体,可以借助双相机组合(双目)或多个相机(多视角)来完成。若只有一个相机,亦可以根据相机和物体之间的相对运动来计算 3D 物体形状。通过计算密集的 3D 坐标或视差图像,或通过确定特定点或边缘的坐标可以实现立体视觉,尤其适合用于高精度的高度测量。此外,我们的软件还提供multigrid立体视觉——一种为图像的平滑部分拟合插入 3D 数据的高级方法。对于小型物体,这种方法精准度更高。
