使用 LUT 加速颜色分类可快速识别物体。

分类是基于选定特征将物体分配到若干类别之中的技术。处理图像时,分类的物体通常是像素或区域。要将一个物体分配给一个特定类,必须首先通过训练,以此来定义区分各个类的特征空间之间的边界。然后,对未知物体进行分类时,可以找到他的类,该类的特征空间与未知物体的特征值之间应具有最大的对应关系。 选择可以用于精确分类的特征往往可能要耗费大量时间。为简化这一流程,MVTec 开发了自动特征选择工具,可自动选择构建分类器时使用的最佳特征集合。

 

MVTec 的软件产品支持几种不同的分类技术,包括:

  • 支持向量机 (SVM)
  • k-邻近 (kNN)
  • 多层感知器 (MLP)
  • 高斯混合模型 (GMM)
  • 卷积神经网络 (CNN)

 

分类可用于:

  • 图像分割
    将图像分割为具有相似颜色或纹理的区域
  • 物体识别
    在一组不同类型的物体中查找特定类型的物体

    检测物体的变化或缺陷
