MVTec welcomes SmartRay GmbH (Wolfratshausen, Germany) as new member of the MVTec Image Acquisition Partner Program. SmartRay is an international manufacturer that is specialized in high-performance and innovative 3D vision sensors for inspection, guidance and measurement applications. SmartRay's product portfolio includes the ECCO series of compact and lightweight 3D sensors that combine laser triangulation with innovative image formation technology to create detailed 3D images. The ECCO 3D sensors support the GenICam GenTL standard and thus can be easily accessed via HALCON's GenICamTL Interface.
