New revision of the HALCON mEnableVisualApplets interface

New revision 3.3 / 4.2 of the HALCON 8.0 / 9.0 mEnableVisualApplets interface released which provide new parameters to query the timestamp of the grabbed image and to enable direct device access (registered customers can download it here).
