SVM. After calling clear_class_svmclear_class_svmClearClassSvmclear_class_svmClearClassSvmClearClassSvm, the SVM can no longer
be used. The handle SVMHandleSVMHandleSVMHandleSVMHandleSVMHandleSVMHandle becomes invalid.
