Description

The circle is defined by its center (CircleRowCircleRowCircleRowCircleRowcircleRow,CircleColumnCircleColumnCircleColumnCircleColumncircleColumn) and its radius CircleRadiusCircleRadiusCircleRadiusCircleRadiuscircleRadius.
