distortion of input image coordinates (RowRowRowRowrow, ColColColColcol)
in accordance to the internal camera parameters CamParamInCamParamInCamParamInCamParamIncamParamIn
and CamParamOutCamParamOutCamParamOutCamParamOutcamParamOut. Each input pixel (RowRowRowRowrow,
ColColColColcol) is transformed into the image plane using
CamParamInCamParamInCamParamInCamParamIncamParamIn and projected into another image using
CamParamOutCamParamOutCamParamOutCamParamOutcamParamOut.
Please note that change_radial_distortion_pointschange_radial_distortion_pointsChangeRadialDistortionPointsChangeRadialDistortionPointsChangeRadialDistortionPoints does not work
for line scan cameras.
