The neighborhood used can be set by set_system(::'neighborhood',<4/8>)set_system("neighborhood",<4/8>)SetSystem("neighborhood",<4/8>)SetSystem("neighborhood",<4/8>)SetSystem("neighborhood",<4/8>)set_system("neighborhood",<4/8>).
