Defining the Default Recipe

In the "Recipes" tab of the MERLIC RTE Setup you also have the possibility to select a recipe file as default recipe for the MERLIC process integration. If a default recipe is set, MERLIC automatically loads this recipe if the process integration mode is started. The current default recipe is marked with a flag icon .

In case of digital I/O devices and cameras with GenICam compliant digital I/O channels, it is mandatory to select a default recipe.

How to Define a Default Recipe

  1. Open the MERLIC RTE Setup.
  2. Click on the " Recipes" tab.
  3. Select the recipe that you want to set as default in the list of imported recipe files.
  4. Use the slider "Default" on the bottom of the recipe information to set the recipe as default.

  5. The recipe is now set as default and marked with the flag icon .
