This training course is aimed at knowledgeable machine vision engineers who are looking to adopt Halcon as their machine vision development platform. The goal of this course is to learn how to work with HDevelop by programming simple example applications under the guidance of an experienced MVTec trainer and converting these into application code. Participants will learn how to acquire images from a camera, develop a small blob analysis application, and then develop a matching application. The necessary concepts are introduced step by step as the tasks become more complex. The training also includes short sections on tips and tricks for using HDevelop efficiently and a theoretical introduction to different application areas such as Deep Learning, Pattern Matching, OCR, calibration, 1D and 2D measurement and barcode reading.
