find_surface_model_imagefind_surface_model_imageFindSurfaceModelImageFindSurfaceModelImageFindSurfaceModelImage sucht die besten Matches des Oberflächenmodells SurfaceModelIDSurfaceModelIDSurfaceModelIDSurfaceModelIDsurfaceModelID in der Szene, die durch das 3D-Objektmodell ObjectModel3DObjectModel3DObjectModel3DObjectModel3DobjectModel3D und Bildern der Szene ImageImageImageImageimage dargestellt wird. Die Anzahl der in ImageImageImageImageimage übergebenen Bilder muss mit der Anzahl der mit set_surface_model_paramset_surface_model_paramSetSurfaceModelParamSetSurfaceModelParamSetSurfaceModelParam gesetzten Kameras übereinstimmen. Weiterhin muss bei der Erzeugung des Oberflächenmodells in create_surface_modelcreate_surface_modelCreateSurfaceModelCreateSurfaceModelCreateSurfaceModel der Parameter 'train_3d_edges'"train_3d_edges""train_3d_edges""train_3d_edges""train_3d_edges" aktiviert worden sein.

Die Bilder werden nur für die grobe und feine Pose-Verfeinerung verwendet, nicht für das näherungsweise Matching. Dazu wird gleichzeitig die Übereinstimmung des Modells mit den 3D-Daten der Szene sowie die Übereinstimmung der rückprojizierten Modellkanten mit den Kanten in den übergebenen Bildern optimiert. Der Definitionsbereich der Bilder wird hierbei ignoriert.
