Set the visibility of symbols which are to be exported from the plugin.

This macro's definition is set to a suitable compiler intrinsic on Windows and POSIX systems to ensure that symbols are visible and exported in the dynamic library of the plugin. The only plugin API functions for which this is necessary are MVInfo and MVInit_V2:
