by MLPHandleMLPHandleMLPHandleMLPHandleMLPHandleMLPHandle and frees all memory required for the MLP.
After calling clear_class_mlpclear_class_mlpClearClassMlpclear_class_mlpClearClassMlpClearClassMlp, the MLP can no longer be
used. The handle MLPHandleMLPHandleMLPHandleMLPHandleMLPHandleMLPHandle becomes invalid.
