Description

The circle is defined by its center (CircleRowCircleRowCircleRowCircleRowCircleRowcircleRow,CircleColumnCircleColumnCircleColumnCircleColumnCircleColumncircleColumn) and its radius CircleRadiusCircleRadiusCircleRadiusCircleRadiusCircleRadiuscircleRadius. In addition to that, a circular arc is characterized by the angle of the start point CircleStartPhiCircleStartPhiCircleStartPhiCircleStartPhiCircleStartPhicircleStartPhi, the angle of the end point CircleEndPhiCircleEndPhiCircleEndPhiCircleEndPhiCircleEndPhicircleEndPhi, and the point order CirclePointOrderCirclePointOrderCirclePointOrderCirclePointOrderCirclePointOrdercirclePointOrder along the boundary.
