Stopping MERLIC RTE

You can end the process for MERLIC RTE as follows:

Go to the command line window of MERLIC RTE and enter "Ctr+C".
Close the command line window of MERLIC RTE.

When ending MERLIC RTE, all associated plugin processes will also be ended. If an instance of a communication plugin was running when MERLIC RTE was ended, MERLIC will try to start the plugin instance again when MERLIC RTE is restarted.

If you only close the MERLIC Frontend, the actual MERLIC RTE process keeps running.

If a digital I/O device or a camera device with GenICam compliant digital I/O channels is used for the process integration, the "Ready" signal is set to 0 to indicate that MERLIC is not ready to process any commands.
