Setting Up Custom Sequences

Custom acquisition sequences offer the most flexibility to set up complex acquisition scenarios. However, in contrast to managed sequences, custom sequences must be created and configured manually. If you want to set up a custom sequence for your image source configuration, you have to create a so called acquisition sequence file which contains the desired configuration for the image acquisition. The configuration of the custom sequence is defined by an array of "lanes" which specify a sequence of "actions" for a specific image source.
