Read text and numbers in horizontal orientation with a predefined font type. |
Read text and numbers in an image using easyTouch. This tool requires a pre-trained font and at least two characters in a line. You can also use a custom font file (.omc files). Use this tool for texts that can be read from left to right and for images in which the position of the text to be read is already known. |

|
Read text and numbers regardless of the character's position, orientation, or font type. |
You can use this tool in two different modes. In the default mode, the tool first locates text and numbers in the image and then reads the located text. The position and orientation of the text is detected automatically. The font type may also be arbitrary. In the second mode, only the reading step is performed. Therefore, this mode provides better performance. In this mode, the font type may also be arbitrary. However, you have to specify the area in which words are expected manually by drawing an ROI over each word to be read. The orientation of the specified ROI defines the orientation in which the word will be read. |
