Stopping MERLIC RTE

You can end the process for MERLIC RTE as follows:

Go to the command line window of MERLIC RTE and enter "Ctr+C".
Close the command line window of MERLIC RTE.

When ending MERLIC RTE, all associated plug-in processes will also be ended. If an instance of a communication plug-in was running when MERLIC RTE was ended, MERLIC will try to start the plug-in instance again when MERLIC RTE is restarted.

If you only close the MERLIC Frontend, the actual MERLIC RTE process keeps running.

If a digital I/O device or a camera device with GenICam compliant digital I/O channels is used for the process integration, the "Ready" signal is set to 0 to indicate that MERLIC is not ready to process any commands.
