Solomon is best known for providing world class bin picking solutions based on its AI-powered recognition software and its Solscan 3D scanner. Solscan is a structured-light scanner with two RGB cameras capable of fast point cloud generation. Aside from bin picking, Solscan has also been used in numerous 3D applications, including vision guided robotics and 3D scan for artifact preservation.
Through compatibility with the GenICam 3D standard, HALCON users can easily access Solscan by HALCON's GenICamTL interface.
