SUBPIXEL-ACCURATE AND REAL-TIME DETECTION
The subpixel-accurate template-based matching detects objects in real-time – even with rotation, scaling, perspective distortion, local deformation, partial occlusion, or lighting variations. It supports 8- and 16-bit images, as well as color and multi-channel images. Objects can be trained using image templates or CAD data.

This technology detects arbitrarily arranged 3D objects with a single camera. Position and orientation are determined using CAD models, contours, or shape features such as circles and squares. Application areas include CAD-based localization and bin-picking with stereo methods.
