Debugging an MVTec HDevEngine application running on an embedded device

Learn how to debug an HDevEngine application on an embedded device. This tutorial shows tools and techniques to find and fix issues in HALCON automation projects.

In this video, we run an MVTec HDevEngine machine vision application on a Raspberry Pi, an Arm^®-based embedded device. The application returns the number of pips on some dice in a command-line interface. However, the returned numbers are incorrect – to debug the application, we can simply access the executed HALCON code remotely using HDevelop.
