Working with 3D point clouds

This basic training introduces you to 3D object models in MVTec HALCON. You learn what 3D object models are, what information they can contain, and how to work with them in your HALCON applications.

Target group

This basic training is aimed at HALCON users who are starting to work with 3D object models in MVTec HALCON.

Objectives

After finishing this course, you will:

understand what 3D object models are,
know which information 3D object models can contain,
be able to read, create, process, and visualize 3D object models

It will take you approximately 40 minutes to complete the course with all modules.
