Deep-learning-based OCR with MVTec MERLIC

In this video, we show how MVTec MERLIC uses Deep OCR with pre-trained features and large labeled datasets to reliably read new text and number data.

This video gives insights into the deep-learning-based OCR technologies included in MVTec MERLIC. The new OCR classifier allows MERLIC to achieve higher-than-ever recognition rates of number and character combinations on workpieces for reliable identification and further processing.
