MERLIC 5.8 Webinar: New features

Learn all about MVTec MERLIC 5.8 in this webinar presented by Ulf Schulmeyer (MERLIC Product Manager) and David Hadlich (Application Engineer).

On October 16, 2025, MVTec launched MERLIC 5.8. With MERLIC 5.8, developing and operating machine vision applications becomes more stable and straightforward. The new version enhances error handling, simplifies configuration and management, and makes it easier to integrate into existing systems. Users benefit from increased process reliability, faster setup, and greater flexibility in deployment.

New features are:

Improved process stability through enhanced error handling
Centralized recipe information for easier setup and deployment
Improved visualization of recipe management
New Communication Plug-in "Siemens IE Databus"
